This policy explains what personal data Velinx collects when you use velinx.eu, in particular the free audit form, why we collect it and what rights you have under the GDPR.

At a glance

Who we are

Velinx, Liepāja, Latvia, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: robats.endijs@gmail.com, +371 29102026.

What we collect

When you request a free audit, we receive:

  • your website or social media link, or your business name and city if you have no website;
  • your email address or phone number;
  • which service you were looking at, the page and section you sent the form from, the site language and campaign (UTM) parameters from the link you arrived with;
  • your IP address, used only briefly in memory to block spam and abuse.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To prepare the free audit you requested and contact you about it: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To protect the form from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle your request:

  • Hetzner Online GmbHEU · Finland

    Website hosting

  • Notion Labs, Inc.USA

    Lead tracker, where your request is stored

  • ResendUSA

    Notification email to us and the confirmation email to you

  • Telegram

    Instant notification to our team with a short summary

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers above are based outside the European Economic Area (for example in the USA). Where that is the case, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

If we do not start working together, we delete your request within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your contact details for as long as the cooperation lasts and as required by accounting law.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The form keeps campaign (UTM) parameters in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so we know which campaign brought you here.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, or if you no longer want us to contact you, write to robats.endijs@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
